摘要
普通高校本科生就业质量是评估人才培养质量的一个重要指标。近年来高校本科生群体的就业压力有增无减,受到各界的高度重视。综观影响本科生就业质量的各要素,职业能力薄弱是一个关键点,表现为职业选择缺乏自主性、职业耐挫缺乏柔韧性、职业发展缺乏前瞻性、职业创新缺乏挑战性。为此,可通过理念更新、重视学生职业规划的针对性,考证增能、发挥继续教育的服务靶向性,社团强技、实现职业能力提升全员覆盖,愿景导航、引发校企共育共享人才思考等措施提升本科生职业能力。
The employment quality of undergraduates is an important index in talent training quality evaluation.It is affected by many factors,among which is vocational ability.Low vocational ability is specifically shown as lack of initiative in career choice,lack of persistence being frustrated,lack of prospection in career development,and lack of courage in vocational innovation.Four countermeasures include increasing the pertinence in career project,exerting the target-oriented service of continuing education,making full use of the student associations in colleges to develop the occupational ability of college students,and combining the efforts of both talent training institutions and talent employment enterprises.
