摘要
由于双馈电机(DFIG)的特殊性,使其对电网扰动较为敏感,当电网大幅跌落时,转子回路产生电压,电流冲击以及电磁转矩脉动,威胁DFIG系统的稳定运行。为了消耗转子回路中的多余能量,Crowbar电路的低压穿越技术,使得该技术得以广泛应用。本文介绍了新型Crowbar电路的工作原理,结合工程设计经验,给出了合理的参数整定方法,期望改善Crowbar电路的工作寿命和在恶劣工况下的性能表现。最后,通过仿真和试验验证了该电路的有效性。
Doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)is sensitive to grid disturbance because of its unique structure.When grid voltage occurs,dip,inrush voltage,inrush current and eletromagnetic torque pulsation also emerges in rotor side,affecting the reliability of DFIG system.Low voltage ride through(LVRT)technology with crowbar has been investigated and widely used to solve this proplem.This paper researched a novel crowbar citcuit for improving its performance.The parameter design method is given combining the engineering experience.Finally,Simulations and experiments are given to verify the effectiveness of this novel crowbar circuits.
