风电功率组件电热特性分析

Analysis of Electrical & Thermal Performances for Power Assembly of Wind Power

摘要 基于风力发电全功率变流系统,研究了功率组件的电气特性与热学特性,阐述了系统纹波电流计算与IGBT器件结温预测仿真在功率组件及风机系统设计中的应用,分析了三相不平衡系统结构中杂散阻抗分布对纹波电流的影响,为功率组件的工程设计提供参考。 Based on full-power converter system of wind power,it studied the electrical thermal performances of power assembly,elaborated the application of ripple current calculation of the system and presented IGBT junction temperature prediction simulation in power assembly and wind power system.Furthermore,it analyzed the influence of stray impedance distribution in three-phase unbalanced system on ripple current,which contributes to the design of power assembly.
