摘要
创业教育是提升大学生创业能力和综合素质的体现,也是适应当今社会发展的时代要求。本文从创业教育的角度分析大学生就业指导课程改革所遇瓶颈,并采用完善人才培养方案、建立导师精英库、改进教学内容和方法和搭建实践锻炼台四个方面提升大学生就业指导课程的实效性。
Entrepreneurship education is the embodiment of improving the entrepreneurial ability and comprehensive quality of college students, and it is also the requirement of the times to adapt to the devel opment of society. This paper analyzes the bottlenecks encountered in the reform of career guidance courses for college students from the perspective of entrepreneurship education, and improves the effectiveness of these courses for college students by improving the talent training program, establishing the elite library of teachers, improving teaching content and methods, and constructing practical exercise platforms.
