摘要
建设优良的创业文化,是新形势下高校有效开展大学生创业教育,引导、支持大学生自主创业的必然选择。高校创业文化实践体系的构建应当是:以增强大学生创业意识、培养大学生创业精神、提升大学生创业能力为目标体系,以立体化的创业课程、规范化的创业实践为内容体系,以开放宽松的创业支持机制、科学合理的创业评价机制、多方联动的创业保障机制为制度体系,以锐意进取的领导班子、经验丰富的教师队伍、资源广阔的企业家团队为师资体系。
To construct the excellent entrepreneurial culture under the new situation is the inevitable choice for university to carry out students＇ entrepreneurship education effectively and guide students to self-employed.The practice system of college entrepreneurial culture should be：to strengthen the entrepreneurial awareness,cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit and improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students as the targets system,the three-dimensional entrepreneurship course and the standardized practice entrepreneurship as the contents system,the open and loose entrepreneurial supporting mechanism,the scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism and the joint venture guarantee mechanism as the institutional system,the enterprising leadership,experienced teachers and vast resources entrepreneur teams as the teachers system.
