摘要
为有效提升广州市企业职工素养和岗位胜任能力,助力广州市产业转型升级发展,2009年广州市工会协同广州市广播电视大学开启了企业职工教育的研究与探索。经过多年的实践和探索凝练出“四方联动、需求导向、全网教学、泛在服务”四位一体的广州市职工教育人才培养模式。构建了具有广州特色的学校、各级工会组织、企业、远程教育机构四方联动形成合力的运行机制;紧密对接行业需求、岗位要求、职业标准和生产过程的教学资源建设模式;集教、学、管、评、服全部基于网络的全网络教学模式;无时不有、无处不在的泛在学习支持服务模式。广州的研究、探索与实践,极大地开拓了产业工人的人才培养思路,提升了人才培养质量。为广州产业转型升级提供了高素质的人才支撑。
In order to effectively improve the quality and competency of employees in Guangzhou enterprises,and help Guangzhou industrial transformation and upgrading development,Guangzhou Trade Union and Guangzhou Radio and Television University jointly launched the research and exploration of enterprise staff education in 2010.After many years of practice and exploration,we have developed the personnel training mode for staff education of"four-way linkage,demandoriented,network-wide teaching and ubiquitous service",constructed the operation mechanism with Guangzhou characteristics that integrates the joint efforts of the university,the trade union organizations at all levels,enterprises and distance education institutions,formed a teaching resource construction model that closely matches industry demand,job requirements,professional standards and production processes,formulated the Full Network Teaching mode that incorporates the whole process of teaching,learning,management,evaluation and support solely on line,and created the ubiquitous learning support mode.The research,exploration and practice in Guangzhou have greatly expanded the ways of talent cultivation of industrial workers,improved the quality of personnel training,and provided high-quality talent support for Guangzhou's industrial transformation and upgrading.
