摘要
新生代农民工人力资本欠缺、市民化素能偏低,导致就业技能不适应市场需求,工资收入偏低,成为阻碍其职业转型与市民化的主要制约因素。通过分析农民工代际差异,依据新生代农民工的代际差异的新特点与职业和素能等方面的新诉求,探索构建服务新生代农民工继续教育网络供给资源平台系统,助力新生代农民工实现职业与身份双重角色的转换,满足他们职业提升诉求与城市新生活的融入,提高幸福指数,对加速城乡一体化发展进程有重要的现实意义。
Due to the lack of labor capital and low quality and ability in citizenization,the skills of the new generation of migrant workers can not meet the demand of the market and result in low income,which are the main restrictive factors hindering their career transformation and citizenization.By analyzing the differences between generations of migrant workers,and according to the new characteristics of the differences between generations of migrant workers of the new generation and the new demands for their occupations and abilities,this paper explores the construction of a network supply resource platform system to serve the continuing education of migrant workers of the new generation,to help the new generation of migrant workers to realize the dual roles of occupation and identity,to meet their demands for career promotion and integration into the new urban life,improving their happiness index,which is of great practical significance in accelerating the process of urban-rural integration development.
