摘要
我国地质勘查行业发展的内外部环境正在发生深刻变化,只有顺应时代要求,持之以恒深化改革,才能实现可持续发展。地勘行业转型升级的关键在于加强行业产品创新,推动行业与相关产业的融合发展,实现服务内容的多元化和服务对象的社会化。其方法路径是:通过实现基础理论由地质科学向地球系统科学转变驱动行业转型,创新服务形式、创造有效需求实现行业升级,引导国有地勘单位改革进一步激发行业发展活力。
The internal and external environment for the development of China’s geo-prospecting industry is undergoing profound changes, only by following the tide of the times and continuing to deepen reforms can we achieve sustainable development. The key to the transformation and upgrading of the geo-prospecting industry is to strengthen the product innovation in the industry, promote the integration and development of the industry and related industries, to realize the diversification of service content and the socialization of service targets. This article provides method path as following: transfer the basic theory from the geoscience to the earth system science to drive the industry transformation, innovate the service form, create effective demand to achieve industrial upgrading, and guide the reform of state-owned geoprospecting units to further stimulate the vitality of the industry.
