摘要
为实现矿产资源开发的最优化,在识别矿产资源开发造成不同环境问题的基础上,归纳出环境影响因子,构建了环境影响3级评价指标体系。在指标划分等级上,将矿产资源开发利用环境影响程度划分为"小、中等、大、非常大"4个等级;在等级阈值确定上,依据行业标准或通过专家讨论,确定了开采回采率等20个具体指标的相应阈值。
In order to realize the optimization of mineral resource development,the environmental impact factors are induced on the basis of identificating different environmental problems caused by mineral resources exploitation,and an evaluation index system of impact on environment is constructed. The index is divided into four grades,that is,small,medium,large and very large. According to industry standards or expert's discussion,the corresponding thresholds of 20 specific indexes such as the mining recovery rate,etc.,are determined.
