摘要
为减小电动车双离合变速器换挡过程中产生的滑摩功与冲击度,提出了换挡冲击度与滑摩功加权系数的综合评价指标,以动力参数为输入变量,建立优化目标函数。通过傅里叶变换转化,采用MATLAB粒子群寻优算法对换挡过程中电机输出扭矩和双离合变速器传递扭矩进行优化。结果表明,换挡滑摩功和冲击度都有所减小。所做的研究对于提高这种电动车的换挡品质有一定的理论意义和参考价值。
In order to reduce the jerk and friction work generated during the shifting process of the electric vehicle dual clutch transmission,the integrative evaluation index expressed by weight coefficient of jerk and friction work is proposed and an optimal objective function is established by taking dynamics characteristic parameters as input variables.The output torque of motor and double clutch transmission is optimized by FFT and MATLAB particle swarm optimization algorithm during the shifting process.The results indicate that the jerk and friction work during shifting process are all reduced.The research has some theoretical significance and reference value for improving the shift quality of this electric vehicle.
