基于遗传算法的双离合器式变速器换挡过程离合器摩擦力矩优化控制 被引量:4

摘要 为提高双离合器式变速器(DCT)的换挡品质,以一个相邻换挡过程为例建立了DCT换挡过程的动力学模型,分析了DCT换挡品质的评价指标,提出了以冲击度和滑摩功的综合换挡品质系数最小为优化目标,应用遗传算法进行换挡品质全局优化的方法,实现了对换挡过程两个离合器摩擦力矩的优化控制。结果表明:遗传算法可以应用到DCT的换挡控制优化,有效改善了换挡品质,与交叉验证法相比,综合换挡品质系数降低8%以上。 To improve the shift quality of dual clutch transmission (DCT), the dynamic model of DCT was built with respect to one shift process. The evaluation index of shift quality was analyzed. With the aim to of minimizing the tradeoff coefficient of shift quality considering both jerk and slipping, a global optimization method based on a genetic algorithm was presented, and the friction torques of two clutches were controlled optimally. Results show that the genetic algorithm can be applied to the optimization of the DCT shift process control and the shift quality was improved effectively. Compared with cross-validation method, the tradeoff coefficient of shift quality was reduced by more than 8%
