摘要 针对某型导弹水平调整装置体积大、操作繁琐和调整耗时等不足,以SCA100T-D01高精度双轴倾角传感器为基础,采用单片机作为控制器,从外观结构和软、硬件方面重新设计了一种适用于某型导弹的新型高精度、低功耗便携式水平调整装置。经实验对比表明,装置从结构和性能上可以满足该型导弹水平调整需求,具有操作简便、测量精度高、速度快等特点,减少了该型导弹的水平调整时间,对提升该导弹保障效率有一定意义。 In order to solve the disadvantage of big size,complicated operation and long measuring time in horizontal adjust ment device of a missile,based on a SCA100T-D01 high precision biaxial tilt sensor and microcontroller,a new high-precision,low-power portable horizontal adjustment device suitable for a certain type of a missile from the structure,software and hardware is redesigned.The experimental comparison shows that the device can meet the horizontal adjustment requirements of the missile in terms of structure and performance.It has the characteristics of simple operation,high measurement accuracy and fast speed.It re duces the horizontal adjustment time and has certain significance for improving the missile guarantee efficiency.
