摘要
为解决多群体决策中难以达成共识问题,基于三角直觉模糊数理论知识,将灰色关联分析引入到三角直觉模糊数中,利用灰色关联求解群决策关联系数,从而达成群决策共识。在此基础上对群决策结果权重计算,并进行全局优势度排序,得到全局优势度综合排序。将灰色关联分析引入到三角直觉模糊数中,对军队项目进行综合评价,验证了该方法的可行性和适用性,同时为军队资产项目管理决策提供了新的办法。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in reaching consensus in multi-group decision-making,based on the knowledge of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number theory,this paper introduces gray relational analysis into triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and uses grey correlation to solve group decision correlation coefficient,thus a chieving the group decision consen sus.On this basis,the weights of the group decision results are calculated,and the global dominance is sorted,and the global domi nance comprehensive ordering is obtained.The grey relational analysis is introduced into the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number,and the army project is comprehensively evaluated.The feasibility and applicability of the method are verified,and a new method for military asset project management decision-making is provided.
