摘要
小水电是绿色清洁能源的重要组成部分,也是我国高海拔、高寒及高原地区电网的重要组成电源。文章以实现小水电富集地区电网精益化调度管理为起点,对某小水电富集地区电网的调度管理难点进行深入分析和探讨,并提出了有效的管理机制和解决措施。
Small hydropower is an important component of green and clean energy,as well as an important component of power grid in high altitude,cold and plateau areas in China.Starting from realizing lean dispatching management of power grid in small hydropower enriched area,a thorough analysis and Discussion on the difficulties of dispatching management of power grid in a small hydropower enriched area were analyzed and discussed,and effective management mechanism and solutions were proposed.
