摘要
目的:探讨通心络胶囊对冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管通畅的影响。方法:将冠状动脉旁路移植手术的患者84例按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组完成手术后按照常规给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用通心络胶囊,对治疗的效果进行分析。结果:治疗后,2组左室射血分数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后的组间比较中,左室射血分数为观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术后即刻比较,术后1年2组患者血小板表面活性标志蛋白α颗粒膜蛋白(CD62p)、血浆内皮素-1 (ET-1)均降低,一氧化氮(NO)均增高(P<0.05)。在术后1年的组间比较中,CD62p、ET-1为观察组低于对照组,NO为观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年,观察组的桥血管通畅率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后1年间的不良心血管事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉旁路移植术后的患者,可以改善心功能,保持桥血管通畅,安全性良好。
Objective:To discuss the effect of Tongxinluo capsules on graft patency after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongxinluo capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the comparison of the scores of left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After surgery for one year,the levels of α-granule membrane protein(CD62 p) on the surface of platelets and endothelin 1(ET-1) in plasma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those immediately after surgery,and the levels of nitric oxide(NO) were increased(P<0.05).After surgery for one year,the levels of CD62 p and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After surgery for one year,the patency rate of grafts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the two groups during the first year after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsules in treating patients after coronary artery bypass grafting can improve the heart function and keep graft patency with good safety.
