摘要
为研究不同脉冲电压对压电喷墨液滴演化的影响,本文采用有限元仿真软件ANSYS Workbench,对不同脉冲电压作用下压电喷墨液滴的喷射过程进行仿真分析,分别改变脉冲电压幅值和频率,以观察液滴喷射过程中的速度和液量的不同。研究结果表明,脉冲电压幅值越大,液滴喷射速度越快,且液量越大,并伴有尾液和卫星液滴增多;当脉冲电压频率较低时,液滴喷射速度和液量没有明显变化;当脉冲电压频率较高时,液滴喷射速度和液量随脉冲电压频率的增大而增大,而且尾液和卫星液滴也明显增多。该研究为压电喷墨技术提供了理论基础。
In order to study the influence of different pulse voltage on the evolution of piezoelectric ink-jet droplets,the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the injection process of piezoelectric ink-jet droplets under different pulse voltage.The amplitude and frequency of pulse voltage are changed to observe the difference of velocity and liquid volume during the injection process.The results show that the larger the amplitude of pulse voltage is,the faster the droplet ejection speed and the larger the liquid volume are,and the more tail liquid and satellite droplets are,the lower the pulse voltage frequency is,the smaller the droplet ejection speed and liquid volume are,and the higher the pulse voltage frequency is,the faster the droplet ejection speed and liquid volume increases with the pulse voltage frequency.This study provides a theoretical basis for the piezoelectric inkjet technology.
