复方钩藤降压片干预高血压左心室肥厚血浆代谢组学的通路分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨复方钩藤降压片干预自发性高血压左心室肥厚大鼠血浆代谢组学的通路。方法采用KEGG、HMDB、MetaboAnalyst网络软件等方法展开对信号通路、代谢产物转运蛋白、相关的酶或分子注释及相关性质和代谢产物路径可视化的研究。结果MetaboAnalyst分析生物代谢通路显示,11个代谢产物参与了14条代谢路径。其中2条通路(磷酸戊糖路径、嘌呤代谢)的影响值较高(P<0.05)。结论复方钩藤降压片干预自发性高血压左心室肥厚大鼠磷酸戊糖路径和嘌呤代谢生物合成通路参与其病理过程。 Objective To explore the plasma metabolomics pathway of Uncaria Compound Antihypertensive Tablets in rats with spontaneous hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods KEGG,HMDB,MetaboAnalyst and other methods were used to carry out the research on the signal pathway,metabolite transporter,related enzyme or molecular annotation and related properties,as well as the visualization of metabolite pathway.Results The metabolic pathways analyzed by MetaboAnalyst showed that 11 metabolites participated in 14 metabolic pathways.Influence values of 2 pathways(pentose phosphate pathway and purine metabolism)were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Uncaria Compound Antihypertensive tablet intervenes the pathologic processes of pentose phosphate pathway and purine metabolic biosynthesis pathway in spontaneous hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy rats.
