摘要
在“一带一路”倡议背景下,社会对国际化人才提出了新的标准与要求。文章以广东省为例,重点调研国际化财会人才的市场需求趋向及培养现状,从而在留学教育机制引入、高校与企业同步、教育与实践相结合等方面提出合理化思路,以不断提高和完善我国高校财会人才的国际性与专业性,并为“一带一路”新形势下我国校企联合教育的发展提供重要参考。
Under the strategy background of the Belt and Road,the new standard and requirement should be proposed for international talent.Taking Guangdong province as an example,this paper investigates and surveys the market demand trend and cultivation status of international accounting talents,and then puts forward reasonable thought in aspects of introducing overseas education mechanism,synchronization of colleges and enterprises,combination of education and practice,etc,which continuously enhances and improves the internationalism and specialty of accounting talents in Chinese colleges and provide the joint school-enterprise education with important reference under the new situation of the Belt and Road.
