摘要
在"一带一路"背景下,越来越多的企业到沿线国家进行投资,我国急需加强国际化人才培养,以满足"一带一路"建设对人才的需求。学校与企业共同合作,才能够精准地培养出企业需要的国际化复合型人才,因此,研究基于校企合作的国际化人才培养体系具有重要意义。从现阶段企业对人才的需求出发,探讨基于校企合作国际化人才培养体系构建的具体策略,对促进"一带一路"背景下的国际化人才培养具有借鉴意义。
Under the background of ＂the Belt and Road＂, increasing number of enterprises invest in countries along the line. China should strengthen the cultivation of internationalized talents to meet the demand for ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy. With the coopera- tion between schools and enterprises, the internationalized and compound talents that the enterprises need can be precisely trained. Thus, it is of great significance to study the training system of internationalized talents based on school-enterprise cooperation. From the demand for talents of enterprises in current stage, the specific strategies for the construction of internationalized talents training system based on school-enterprise cooperation axe explored to provide reference for promoting the cultivation of interna- tionalizext talents under the background of ＂the Belt and Road＂.
