摘要
承压设备封头投料厚度与图纸名义厚度不一致,可能会造成其许用应力、冲击试验温度、焊接工艺评定厚度、无损检测厚度和焊后热处理厚度等处于不同要求的厚度栏,这样会造成某些情况下实际所用原材料、焊接工艺评定、无损检测、热处理等不能满足原设计的要求,甚至存在安全隐患,对此,需要根据原设计条件补加相关附加要求,但更简便的方法是在图样上标注需要的成形后最小厚度和常规的投料厚度来解决此问题。
The inconsistency between head feeding thickness and nominal thickness on the drawings may cause the allowable stress,impact test temperature,thickness of welding procedure qualification,thickness of NDT and the thickness of the post-weld heat treatment,etc.to be in thickness columns with different requirements,thus may cause the actual raw material,welding procedure qualification,NDT,heat treatment,etc.unable to meet the requirements of the original design in some cases,even there are safety risks.For this reason,relevant additional requirements need to be added according to the original design conditions.However,a simpler and more convenient method is to mark the required minimum post-forming thickness and conventional feeding thickness on the drawing to solve this problem.
