摘要
[目的]调查妊娠中期孕产妇睡眠质量状况,探讨Roy适应模式对其睡眠质量的影响。[方法]选择便利抽样法,选择郑州大学第三附属医院产科85例妊娠中期孕产妇,随机分为对照组42例和干预组43例。对照组实施产科常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施以Roy适应模式为基础的护理干预措施,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)比较两组的干预效果。[结果]干预后5个月除睡眠紊乱维度外,研究组PSQI、SCL-90评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD-RISC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]妊娠中期孕产妇普遍存在睡眠障碍,Roy适应模式能够有效改善孕产妇的睡眠质量,缓解心理压力。
Objective:To investigate the maternal sleep quality in the second trimester of pregnancy,and to explore the effect of Roy′s Adaptation Model on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 85 pregnant women in the obstetric department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by the convenient sampling method and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the intervention group(43 cases).The control group received obstetric routine nursing;and on the basis of this,the intervention group received nursing intervention based on Roy′s Adaptation Model.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality/Index(PSQI),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),and psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:In the 5 months after the intervention,the scores of PSQI and SCL-90 in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group except for the sleep disorder.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD-RISC score was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:There were widespread sleep disorders in pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy.Roy′s Adaptation Model could effectively improve maternal sleep quality and relieve their psychological stress.
