摘要
目的:评价Roy适应模式护理产后抑郁症患者的应用效果。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年10月本院收治的产后抑郁症患者60例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和干预组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用Roy适应模式的护理方法,使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对患者进行问卷调查,比较两组干预12周前后的效果。结果:干预后,两组HAMD、SDS及PSQI评分均优于干预前,且干预组均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产后抑郁症患者中推行Roy适应模式具有积极的现实意义,对于提高患者的身心健康和生活质量具有明显的促进作用。
Objective：To evaluate the application effect of Roy adaptation model in nursing postpartum depression patients.Method：From October 2013 to October 2015,60 cases of postpartum depression in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the different nursing methods,each group had 30 cases.The control group used conventional care and the intervention group used Roy adapt to the mode of nursing methods,the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,Zung self rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） questionnaire were used to survey patients,The effect of intervention for 12 weeks in two groups were compared.Result：After intervention,the two groups of HAMD,SDS and PSQI scores were better than before intervention,and the intervention group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with postpartum depression in the implementation of the Roy have a positive and practical significance,for improving the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of life has a significant role in promoting.
