摘要 在新中国成立70周年之际,多维度地审析我国成人教育学专业学位点的来龙去脉、优劣得失,既有助于适应新时代经济社会发展需求,客观透视其发展历史,也有助于稳步推动其"质""量"同行。我国成人教育学专业学位点发轫于20世纪90年代,至今共经历了探索起步、快速发展、自主设置与调整三个各具特点的发展阶段。期间,成人教育学专业学位点在锻造专兼职协同的高水平师资队伍、强化课程建设造就高素质专业人才、培育系列丛书和结项著作等标志性科研成果、搭建常态化开放式学术交流平台等层面取得了显著成就,却也存在师资队伍数量结构有待扩充优化、人才培养规模偏小且层次较低、学位点区域布局不够均衡、科学研究低水平徘徊现象突出等系列问题。在今后的发展中,需要加快师资培养引进和教师共同体建设、完善成人教育学专业学位点类型层次结构、优化成人教育学专业学位点区域布局、加强聚焦社会现实问题的成人教育实证研究。 On the occasion of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,conducting a multi-dimensional analysis on the origin and development of adult education degree authorization program will not only help to examine its development history objectively in order to meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era, but also help to promote the parallel development of the quality and quantity of adult education. The adult education degree authorization program in China, which was born in the 1990 s, has experienced three stages of development, that is, exploration, rapid development, independent setting and adjustment. During this period, it has made remarkable achievements in forging a high-level team of full-time and part-time teaching staffs, cultivating high-level professionals through strengthening course construction, promoting symbolic scientific research achievements such as a series of books and closing works, and building a regular and open academic exchange platform. However, there are also some problems, such as the urgent need to expand and optimize the quantitative structure of teachers, the small scale and low level of talent cultivation, the uneven regional distribution of degree authorization centers, and the notable phenomenon of low level scientific research. It is necessary to promote the cultivation, introduction and community construction of teachers, improve the type hierarchy and regional distribution of adult education degree authorization centers, and strengthen the adult educational empirical research focusing on social reality during the future development.
