摘要
目的:对医用内窥镜的可靠性进行故障树分析,明确概率重要度和临界重要度,确定引起内窥镜系统故障的主要原因。方法:利用可靠性故障树分析方法,建立医用内窥镜可靠性故障树模型,并对模型进行定性和定量分析。结果:医用内窥镜故障树可靠性模型中引起内窥镜系统失效的最小割集数为29个,顶事件内窥镜的故障概率为0.009053。结论:通过对医用内窥镜的可靠性概率重要度和临界重要度的分析,确认引起内窥镜系统故障的主要原因集中在操作部的开关、A橡皮、LG等单元部件,需加强对这些单元部件的维护与保养。
Objective:To implement fault tree analysis(FTA)for reliability of medical endoscope so as to confirm importance degree of probability and that of criticality,and confirm the main reasons that causedsystem failureof endoscope.Methods:Used FTA method of reliability to establish fault tree model about reliability of medical endoscope.And the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were implemented for this model.Results:In the reliability model of fault tree of medical endoscope,the least partition assembly count that caused fault of endoscope system was 29,and the fault probability of endoscope with top-event was 0.009053.Conclusion:As the analysis for importance degree of probability and that of criticality of reliability of medical endoscope,the main reasons that cause endoscope failure focus on some unit components includeswitch of operation module,A eraser,LG and other unit components.And the maintenance of these unit components should be strengthened.
