摘要
通过将GO法运用到冰鲜鸡流通全过程的可靠性研究中,来提升冰鲜鸡流通过程的可靠性。首先,构建冰鲜鸡流通全过程的结构模型,找到与冰鲜鸡流通过程有关的种鸡饲养环节、屠宰冰鲜环节、冷链运输销售等环节的影响因素;其次,建立GO图模型,计算出冰鲜鸡流通过程中各环节影响因素的故障概率,并对冰鲜鸡流通全过程可靠度进行定量计算,得出冰鲜鸡流通全过程的可靠度为0.898;再次,运用故障树分析方法对冰鲜鸡流通全过程可靠度进行定性分析,并对各个环节影响因素的重要度进行计算,找出了影响冰鲜鸡流通全过程可靠性的重要因素。最后,通过对冰鲜鸡流通全过程可靠度定量计算和定性分析,证明了在基于GO法的冰鲜鸡流通全过程可靠性分析的可行性及优越性。
In order to improve the reliability of the whole circulation process of chilled chicken, GO methodology was applied in the reliability research on the whole circulation process of chilled chicken. First, the structure model of the whole circulation process of chilled chicken was established, and the influencing factors of each step, including chicken breeding, slaughter and chilling, cold chain transportation sales, et al. were found out. Secondly, the GO graph model was established to calculate the failure probability of influencing factors in each link of the circulation process of chilled chicken, and the reliability of the whole circulation process of chilled chicken was calculated quantitatively. The reliability of the whole circulation process of chilled chicken is 0.898. Then, reliability of the whole circulation processof chilled chicken was analyzed qualitatively by fault tree analysis, the importance degree of minimal cut sets was calculated, the main factors which influenced the reliability of whole circulation process of chilled chicken were found out. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of reliability analysis of whole circulation process of chilled chicken based on GO method was proved through quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of the whole process reliability of chilled chicken circulation.
