摘要
该文通过对有关药房管理资料的查阅,并与该院实际情况相结合,进行存在问题的探究和分析。该院在药房管理方面存在许多问题,例如管理不规范、设施配备不够先进、奖惩制度不完善、药房工作人员专业知识不足等。因此,该研究认为该院在药房管理工作中,首先应该完善药房管理制度,增加对设备的资金投入,加强药房工作人员的培训,增加对临床药学服务的重视,不断提高服务水平。
This article explores and analyzes existing problems by reviewing the relevant pharmacy management materials and combining with the actual situation of the hospital.There are many problems in the management of pharmacies,such as unregulated management,inadequate facilities,inadequate impediment and punishment system,and insufficient professional knowledge of pharmacy staff.Therefore,the study believes that in the pharmacy management work,the hospital should first improve the pharmacy management system,increase the capital investment in equipment,strengthen the training of pharmacy staff,increase the emphasis on clinical pharmacy services,and continuously improve the service level.
