摘要
目的研究医院药房中药管理现状,且提出合理的改进措施。方法该文研究以随机法将样本数据进行分组研究,样本为2017年12月—2018年12月期间在该院就职的10名药房中药工作人员给出的200例中药处方,将常规化医院药房中药管理模式纳入到参照组,将精细化医院药房中药管理模式纳入到实验组,对比观察两组管理差异性。结果实验组药物采购不合理发生率、工作事故发生率、管理事故发生率、信息化事故发生率、不健全药房管理制度事故发生率对比参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化医院药房中药管理模式应用在医院药房中药管理中有助于减少事故发生率,提升药房日常工作质量。
Objective To study the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine management in hospital pharmacy and to propose reasonable improvement measures. Methods By the method of random sample data grouping study, in a total of 200 cases of traditional Chinese medicine given by pharmacy staff, 10 cases between December 2017 and December 2018 in our hospital were selected. The traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy management mode was used in the control group, while the refinement of hospital pharmacy medicine management model was used in the experimental group. Management diversity of two groups was compared. Results The incidence of unreasonable drug procurement, work accident, management accident, information accident and incomplete pharmacy management system in the experimental group was compared with that in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The refined hospital pharmacy Chinese medicine management mode can reduce the incidence of accidents and improve the quality of daily work.
