递进式健康教育对胫腓骨骨折患者的康复作用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究递进式健康教育对胫腓骨骨折患者的康复作用。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月我院收治的胫腓骨骨折患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成研究组与对照组。对照组予以常规健康教育,研究组则予以递进式健康教育。比较2组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、疾病知识掌握情况、医疗纠纷发生率、投诉率以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(t=15.553,P<0.001;t=9.343,P<0.001),疾病知识掌握评分高于对照组(t=20.056,P<0.001)。研究组医疗纠纷发生率、投诉率、并发症发生率均低于对照组(χ^2=6.753,P=0.009;χ^2=7.942,P=0.005;χ^2=4.074,P=0.044)。结论递进式健康教育有利于促进胫腓骨骨折患者早日康复,同时有效提高患者的疾病知识掌握率,且有效降低并发症发生率,减少医疗纠纷与投诉事件的发生。 Objective To study the effect of the progressive health education on the rehabilitation of patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods A total of 86 cases of tibiofibular fractures treated in our hospital between March 2016 and March 2018 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,according to a random number table.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received progressive health education.The healing time,hospitalization time,disease knowledge,incidence of medical disputes and complaint,as well as the rate of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The healing and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=15.553,P<0.001;t=9.343,P<0.001),while the disease knowledge score of the former was significantly higher than the latter(t=20.056,P<0.001).The incidence of medical disputes,complaint and complications of the former was significantly lower than the latter(χ^2=6.753,P=0.009;χ^2=7.942,P=0.005;χ^2=4.074,P=0.044).Conclusion Progressive health education can promote the early recovery of patients with tibiofibular fractures,effectively improve the rate of disease knowledge acquisition,and reduce the risk of complications and the occurrence of medical disputes and complaints.
