摘要
目的 分析胃癌患者围手术期肠内营养期间辅以精细化护理干预的效果与价值。方法 该次方便选择2016年2月-2018年10月间该院收治128例胃癌患者为研究对象,参照随机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组围手术期辅以肠内营养常规护理干预,观察组围手术期肠内营养辅以精细化护理干预,比较护理效果,统计并分析护理后各组患者生化检验指标及胃肠功能恢复时间,记录并计算并发症发生概率。结果 观察组患者护理总有效率98.44%明显高于对照组(χ^2=10.360,P<0.05)。经护理干预后,观察组患者血清白蛋白指标(31.22±1.03)g/L、血红蛋白指标(96.85±1.22)g/L、氮平衡指标(0.64±0.02)g均明显高于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间(52.49±1.21)h、首次排气时间(56.18±1.02)h、首次排便时间(70.44±2.11)h、总住院时间(12.59±1.17)d均明显短于对照组(t=7.050、9.130、8.220、13.270、12.080、21.390、15.050,P<0.05)。观察组患者出现并发症的概率较对照组相比更低。结论 胃癌患者围手术期肠内营养辅以精细化护理干预效果更佳,可帮助患者更快恢复胃肠功能,改善生化指标,预防并发症,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of refined nursing intervention during perioperative enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From February 2016 to October 2018,128 patients with gastric cancer were conveniently selected in the hospital.The randomized selection results were divided into observation group and control group.The perioperative period of the control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention of enteral nutrition.In the observation group,the perioperative enteral nutrition was supplemented with refined nursing intervention.The nursing effect was compared.The biochemical test indicators and gastrointestinal function recovery time of each group were analyzed and analyzed.The probability of complications was recorded and calculated.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 98.44%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=10.360,P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the serum albumin index(31.22±1.03)g/L,hemoglobin index(96.85±1.22)g/L and nitrogen balance index(0.64±0.02)g were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds was(52.49±1.21)h,the first exhaust time(56.18±1.02)h,the first defecation time(70.44±2.11)h,and the total hospital stay(12.59±1.17)d were significantly shorter than the control group(t=7.050,9.130,8.220,13.270,12.080,21.390,15.050,P<0.05).The probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Perioperative enteral nutrition supplemented with refined nursing intervention is better in patients with gastric cancer.It can help patients recover gastrointestinal function faster,improve biochemical indicators,prevent complications,and is worth promoting.
