摘要
659.5 nm/669 nm双波长红光激光器在彩色显示、激光医疗、作为掺Cr+晶体的泵浦源、作为差频方法实现太赫兹光源的良好的前端等领域有着重要应用前景。报道了一种采用Nd:YAG晶体输出基频光,腔内采用Ⅰ类相位匹配LBO晶体倍频,获得659.5 nm/669 nm全固态红光激光器瓦级连续输出的理论分析和实验研究。分析了LBO非线性晶体的相位匹配角、有效非线性系数、走离角、允许角等特性,采用直腔腔内倍频的方式,分析不同输出镜曲率半径条件下红光激光输出特性。在最大抽运功率为35 W时,获得1.35 W 659.5/669 nm红光双波长功率配比1∶1的1.35 W激光输出,斜率效率为4.08%,光束质量M2=1.5。
The 659.5 nm/669 nm dual-wavelength red laser has important application prospects in the fields of color display,laser medical treatment,pump source as Cr+crystal,and well front part of light source of terahertz that can be achieved by difference frequency.The analysis and the experiment of Nd:YAG crystal pumped type I critical phase matching LBO crystal intra cavity frequency doubled and high power CW red laser at output wave length of 659.5 nm/669 nm is reported in this paper.Via calculation and simulation of double-frequency theory,according to the resonator parameter of theoretical design,the crystal of LBO is designed for intra cavity double-frequency operation to realize red laser of 659.5nm/669nm.Under the pumped power of 35 W,659.5 nm/669 nm dual-wavelength laser is realized on the basis of the above work.The output power of 1.35 W is obtained,the ratio of power close to 1∶1,beam quality M2=1.5.
