摘要 试验研究马齿苋对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。选取48周龄的蛋鸡900只,随机分成5组,对照组为基础饲粮组,试验组在对照组饲粮中分别添加2%、4%、6%和8%的马齿苋粉,试验预饲期1周,正式试验期6周。结果表明,添加2%~8%的马齿苋可以提高试验蛋鸡的日采食量,但对产蛋率无显著影响(P>0.05);添加4%和6%的马齿苋可显著提高试验蛋鸡的平均蛋重(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、蛋黄比例及哈夫单位没有显著差异(P>0.05);6%组和8%组的蛋黄色泽分别比对照组提高27.41%和29.16%(P<0.05);其他组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。和对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡血清TP、ALB和HDL-C含量差异不显著(P>0.05);除2%组血清TC、TG和LDL-C含量略低于对照组外(P>0.05),其他3组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加马齿苋粉可以提高其产蛋性能,改善蛋品质和血脂代谢。 The study was to study the effects of Portulaca oleracea L. on laying performance and egg quality and serum biochemical indices in laying hens. 900 laying hens at the age of forty-eight weeks were selected and randomly allocated to five treatment groups. The hens in control group were fed with basic diet. The hens in test groups were separately fed with basic diets with 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% of Portulaca oleracea L. powder. The pre-trial period was one week, and the official test period was six weeks. The results showed that adding 2%~4% of Portulaca oleracea L. into the diet increased the daily intake of laying hens, but had no obvious influence on laying rate(P>0.05). The average egg weight of test laying hens was significantly increased by adding 4% and 6% of Portulaca oleracea L.(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in eggshell thickness, eggshell strength, egg-shaped index, yolk ratio and haugh unit between the test group and the control group(P>0.05). The yolk color of 6% group and 8% group was 27.41% and 29.16% higher than that of control group, respectively(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in yolk color between the other test groups and the control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in serum total protein, albumin and HDL-C between the five groups(P> 0.05). Serum TC and TG content of 2% group was slightly lower than that of control group(P>0.05), while serum TC and TG content of the other three groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), except for the 2% group, LDL-C content in serum of the 4%, 6% and 8% groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The results indicated that adding Portulaca oleracea L. powder to the diet of laying hens can improve the egg-laying performance, egg quality and lipid metabolism of laying hens.
