三种饮用水对ICR小鼠血糖代谢影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究三种饮用水对ICR小鼠血糖代谢的影响。方法测定纯水、自来水、过滤水等三种饮用水主要水质指标和多糖溶出量。监测小鼠空腹血糖,进行经口葡萄糖耐量试验(Oral Glucose Tolerance Test,OGTT),计算主要脏器系数,检测血清胰岛素、糖化血清蛋白、钠/葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-1(sodiumdependent glucose transporter 1,SGLT-1)、肝糖原含量。统计分析工具为SPSS20.0。结果多糖溶出量:纯水[(0.030±0.003)g/L]<自来水[(0.039±0.001)g/L]<过滤水[(0.064±0.003)g/L](F=823.050,P<0.05)。纯水组小鼠胰腺系数最低(F=11.173,P<0.05),过滤水组肾脏系数最低(F=3.394,P<0.05)。OGTT试验:0.5 h时,过滤水组血糖值[(8.583±2.180)mmol/L]低于自来水组[(10.862±1.157)mmol/L](F=4.074,P<0.05);2 h时,过滤水组血糖值最低(F=5.978,P<0.05);过滤水组葡萄糖曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)[(12.246±2.299)mmol·h/L]最低(F=5.697,P<0.05)。过滤水组SGLT-1含量[(0.795±0.066)ng/L]及肝糖原含量[(1.182±0.680)mg/g]最高(F=27.803、16.809,P<0.05)。结论长期饮用过滤水的ICR小鼠血糖代谢能力优于饮用纯水和自来水的小鼠。 Objective The aim of study io to evaluate effect of three different drinking water on blood glucose metabolism in ICR mice.Methods We measured the main water quality indexes and polysaccharide dissolu-tion of three kinds of drinking water and the fasting blood glucose levels.We performed Oral Glucose Tolerance Test Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Calculating the main organ coefficients and measuring the content of Serum insulin,glycosylated serum protein,sodiumdependent glucose transporter 1and hepatic glycogen of the mice.The statistical analysis tool was SPSS20.0.Results The amount of polysaccharide dissolved:Pure water[(0.030±0.003)g/L]<Tap water[(0.039±0.001)g/L]<Filtered water[(0.064±0.003)g/L](F=823.050,P<0.05).The pancreatic coefficient was the lowest in the pure water group and the kidney coefficient was the lowest in the filtered water group(F=11.173,F=3.394,P<0.05).OGTT test:at 0.5h,the blood glucose value of the filtered water group[(8.583±2.180)mmol/L]was significantly lower than that of the tap water group[(10.862±1.157)mmol/L](F=4.074,P<0.05).At 2h,the blood glu-cose of the filtered water group was the lowest(F=5.978,P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the filtered water group[(12.246±2.299)mmol·h/L]was the lowest(F=5.697,P<0.05).The content of SGLT1[(0.795±0.066)ng/L]and liver glycogen[(1.182±0.680)mg/g]in the filtered water group was the highest(F=27.803,F=16.809,P<0.05).Conclusions ICR mice that drank filtered water for a long time had better glucose metabolism than those who drank pure water and tap water.
