摘要
本试验以甘蓝型油菜华油杂62(HYZ62)和饲油2号(SY2)为材料,采用不同浓度NaCl溶液(0,0.2%,0.5%,0.8%,1.0%,1.3%,1.5%,1.8%,2.0%和2.5%)模拟盐胁迫,研究盐胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗期生长的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫抑制油菜种子萌发且随盐浓度增加抑制程度增强,其中,HYZ62和SY2分别在盐浓度高于1.0%和0.5%时种子发芽势显著受到抑制(P<0.05),二者均于盐浓度高于0.5%时种子发芽率显著降低(P<0.05)。随盐浓度的升高,HYZ62和SY2的苗长、鲜质量和干质量呈先升高后降低的趋势,且均在盐浓度0.2%时达到最高,除SY2的鲜质量外,均与CK差异显著(P<0.05),说明0.2%的盐浓度可促进油菜幼苗生长,而当盐浓度高于0.2%时显著抑制SY2幼苗苗长的增加(P<0.05),高于0.5%时显著抑制HYZ62幼苗苗长及鲜质量的增加(P<0.05),高于0.8%显著抑制HYZ62干质量及SY2鲜质量的增加(P<0.05);HYZ62油菜幼苗根长呈下降趋势,SY2油菜幼苗根长呈先升后降的趋势,且于盐浓度0.2%时达到最长,但与CK差异不显著(P>0.05),盐浓度高于0.2%时显著抑制油菜根的增长(P<0.05)。综合而言,在同等盐胁迫条件下,HYZ62的种子萌发及幼苗生长优于SY2,故在滨海盐碱地种植绿肥油菜以HYZ62的安全性更高。
In order to study the effects of salt stress on rapeseed germination and seedling growth, two Brassica napus cultivars including Huayouza 62(HYZ62) and Siyou 2(SY2) were used in this study, and the NaCl solution were set as 0(CK), 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%,1.0%, 1.3%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2.0% and 2.5%. The results showed that seed germination decreased with salt stress intensified increased.The germination potential of HYZ62 and SY2 was significantly inhibited(P<0.05) when the salt concentration was higher than 1.0%and 0.5%, respectively, while the germination rate decreased significantly(P<0.05) when salt concentration were higher than 0.5%.Rapeseed seedling length, fresh weight and dry weight were increasing firstly and then decreased, and the maximum value was at0.2% salt concentration, which had significantly different(P<0.05) with CK except the fresh weight of SY2. However, seedling length of SY2 was inhibited significantly(P <0.05) when salt concentration were higher than 0.2%, seedling length and fresh weight of HYZ62 were inhibited significantly when salt concentration were higher than 0.5%, while dry weight of HYZ 62 and fresh weight of SY2 were significantly inhibited(P<0.05) when salt concentration were higher than 0.8%. With salt concentration increasing, seedling root length of HYZ62 decreased, while seedling root length of SY2 increased firstly and then decreased and the maximum value was at0.2%, which there was no significant difference with CK(P>0.05). Seedling root length were inhibited significantly(P<0.05) when salt concentration was higher than 0.2%. In conclusion, the rapeseed germination and seedling characteristics of HYZ62 were better than SY2 under the same salt stress, and so, HYZ 62 is more suitable to plant rapeseed for green manure in coastal saline land.
