摘要
为探究综合护理对产后痔患者生活质量及水肿的影响,将98例产后痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行综合护理,比较2组患者的生活质量和痔水肿评分。结果显示,观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会职能和精神状态评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后24h、48h和72h痔水肿评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,产后痔患者应用综合护理,可显著改善产后生活质量,减少水肿,加速康复。
This study was to invetigate the influence of comprehensive nursing(CN)on quality of life,edema of patients with puerperal hemorrhoids(PH),randomly divided 98 cases of PH control group(49 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(49 cases,CN);then compared both groups’ score on quality of life,and on edema.As results,in the score on physiologic function,body pain,social role and mental situation observation group was all significantly higher and in the score on edema at 24,48,72 hrs after operation so lower(P <0.05)than control group(P <0.05).Results show that CN on PH patients can significantly improve their quality of life,reduce edema happened,thus accelerate them rehabilitated.
