摘要
为观察产后痔患者采用硫酸镁联合红外线照射进行针对性护理效果,选取2017年8月至2018年5月我院产后痔患者86例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用硫酸镁联合红外线照射进行针对性护理,对比2组患者产后痔水肿评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果显示,观察组产后第1天、第2天、第3天痔水肿评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组12h、24h、48h疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组SF-36评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,产后痔患者采用硫酸镁联合红外线照射进行针对性护理可显著改善患者的痔水肿,减轻疼痛,减少不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。
This study was to observe the efficacy of magnesium sulfate plus infrared radiation on postopartum hemorrhoids(PH),enrolled 86 PH patients in author's hospital(2017-08-2018-05) and randomly divided them into control group(43 cases,received routine nursing) and observation group(43cases,the targeted nursing of Magnesium sulfate plus infrared radiation),then compared both groups'score on edema, on pain and on quality of life(SF-36).As results,in the score on edema on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day of postpartum, and in the score on pain at 12,24 and 48h of postpartum observation group was significantly lower than control group(all,P <0.05);in SF-36score observation group was significantly superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that above targeted nursing can greatly improve edema,relieve pain,reduce untoward reaction,enhance patient's quality of life.
