摘要
文章从双师型教师内涵出发,以旅游类专业教师为研究对象,采用资料研究和问卷调查法,对双师型教师队伍现状做调查,发现专业实践能力和职业能力以及应用研究是旅游类专业教师的弱项。行业企业发展和专业建设客观上需要双师型教师,学校政策制度对教师提高双师素质既是一种硬性要求,也是一种鼓励和支持,只有政策推进落实和教师自主行动相结合,才能有效提高职业教育教师质量。
Based on the connotation of teachers of double teachers, this paper investigates the present situation of teachers of double teachers by means of data research and questionnaire survey. It is found that professional practice ability and professional ability and applied research are the weaknesses of tourism teachers. The development of enterprises and professional development in the industry objectively requires teachers with double divisions. The school policy system is not only a hard requirement for teachers to improve the quality of double divisions, but also an encouragement and support.
