海参低聚肽对家蚕抗衰老功效的初步研究 被引量:3

A Preliminary Study of Sea Cucumber Oligo-Peptides Influence on Anti-Senescence of Silkworm

摘要 为探讨海参低聚肽对家蚕的抗衰老功效,把不同浓度的海参低聚肽溶液涂于桑叶表面,将同一批次二龄幼虫随机分成四组(对照组、低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组),饲养至结茧、破茧、成蛾、直至死亡。结果显示:海参低聚肽能够延缓幼虫的生长龄期,从而导致幼虫体重增长出现明显差异;但不影响幼虫的结茧与成虫的破茧。不同浓度组都显著延长了幼虫的平均和最长寿命,延长率最高可达10.79%。成虫的平均与最长寿命分别只在高浓度组,以及中、高浓度组中得到了显著延长。以上表明,海参低聚肽不影响家蚕的生长规律,对其具有抗衰老功效,而只有较高的浓度(12%以上)能够将该功效从幼虫延续到成虫。 To investigate the effect of sea cucumber oligo-peptides on the anti-aging of silkworm, the same batch of silkworm larvae were randomly divided into four groups(control, low-concentration, medium-concentration and high-concentration). Larvae were cultured into cocoon, decocoon and moth and until death using mulberry coated by different concentrations of sea cucumber oligo-peptide. Results showed that sea cucumber oligo-peptides elongated larval growth stage, leading to the significant difference of larval weight. However, larval cocoon and adult decocoon were not affected. Larval average and longest lifetimes were significantly elongated at different concentrations and the highest elongation rate reached 10.79%. The average and longest lifetimes of adults were significantly elongated in high concentration group, and medium and high concentration groups, respectively. The above findings indicated that sea cucumber oligo-peptides do not affect the growth rhythm of silkworm, having the anti-aging effect. Moreover, only relatively higher concentrations(more than 12%) can pass the anti-aging effect from the larvae on to adults.
