摘要
针对小孔电加工过程中无法实时观察加工间隙内加工状态的问题,提出了一种小孔电加工过程同步观察方法,并设计了小孔电加工过程同步观察装置。利用该装置可以实时、准确地观察小孔电加工过程中,加工间隙内流体流动、加工产物运动状态及气泡生成过程等与加工过程密切相关的加工现象。
To solve the problem that the machining state in the machining gap cannot be observed in real time during the small hole electric machining process, a synchronous observation method of small hole electric machining process is proposed, and a synchronous observation device for small hole electric machining process is designed. By using this device, the researchers can accurately observe the processing phenomena closely related to the processing process, such as fluid flow in the machining gap, movement state of the processed product and bubble generation process in the small hole electrical machining process.
