摘要 电液束加工技术是基于电化学阳极溶解原理建立的冷加工技术,是一种优质的小孔加工技术。首先,基于电液束加工技术原理,介绍了电液束加工设备的特点及面对的需求。其次,对电液束加工设备的国内外发展概况进行了阐述,并介绍了针对加工难题研制的相应电液束加工设备。最后,结合目前国内的产能需求,对电液束加工设备的未来发展方向进行了展望。 Electro-stream machining is a kind of cold working method based on electrochemical anodic dissolution,which is a high-quality machining technology for small holes.Based on the principle of electro-stream machining technology,the characteristics and demands of the electro-stream machining equipment were introduced.Afterwards,the development situation of the electro-stream machining equipment at home and abroad was described,and the corresponding equipment developed for the machining difficulties was introduced.Finally,combined with the domestic production capacity demand,the future development direction of the electro-stream machining equipment was prospected.
