摘要 新教师入职培训是高校人力资源管理过程中必不可少的环节。高校新教师主要来源于应届博士毕业生,成长为合格教师、完成角色转变需要相对较长的时间,这与高校师资缺乏之间存在矛盾;此外,教师还面临着信息化时代学生对高校教学质量的挑战,因此新教师入职培训具有重要意义。本研究主要通过文献法了解高校新教师入职培训的现状,结合所在高校的新教师培训进行了一些探索和实践。 The new teacher orientation trainings are indispensable part of human resources management in colleges and universities.The new teachers in colleges and universities are mainly fresh doctoral graduates,and it takes a relatively long time for them to adapt to the new role and grow into qualified teachers.However,this is in contradiction with the lack of college teachers.In addition,teachers are also facing the challenges from the students who are in need of higher quality of college education in the informational era.Therefore,the orientation trainings of new teachers have been of great significance.This study mainly uses the literature method to find out the present situation of orientation trainings for new teachers in colleges and universities.Some exploration and practice in the author’s university are also included.
