摘要
该文对1例供受体体质量差达159%的患儿行双腔静脉法原位心脏移植手术的手术配合情况进行了回顾性分析和总结。经严密的术前准备、术中配合、术后交接及护理,患儿手术顺利,并康复出院。验证术前充分准备,术中密切配合和精心护理,以及手术移植团队的密切配合,是手术成功的关键。
To retrospectively discuss the key points of operationcare in a case of pediatric heart translation.The surgery was performed in a child with a weight difference ratio of 159%to the donator.The technique of double vena cava orthotopic heart transplantation was applied.The operation was successful and the child patient was discharged after final recovery.A well pre-operative preparation,intraoperative cooperation and intensive care are the key factors to success.
