摘要
目的探讨火针联合308准分子光及CO2点阵激光治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的80例稳定期白癜风患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予CO2点阵+曲安奈德注射液+308准分子光照治疗,观察组在对照组基础上再联合火针治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及患者满意度。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为94.35%,显著高于对照组84.65%(P<0.05);且观察组患者总满意度为92.50%,明显高于对照组77.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论火针联合308准分子光及CO2点阵激光治疗稳定期白癜风临床疗效显著,可减少不良反应,并提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with 308 excimer light and CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods 80 patients with stable vitiligo in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with CO2 lattice + triamcinolone acetonide injection +308 excimer light, and the observation group was treated with fire injection based on the control group. Clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.35%, which was higher than that of the control group 84.65% with a significant difference(P <0.05). Meanwhile, the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.50%, which was also higher than that 77.50% in the control group with the significant difference(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of the fire acupuncture combined with 308 excimer light and CO2 dot array laser had the significant clinical efficacy, which could reduce the adverse reactions and improve the patient satisfaction.
