黄金微针射频治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析黄金微针射频治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法选取2017年12月到2019年9月接受治疗的94例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,各47例,对照组使用常规点阵激光治疗,观察组用黄金微针射频治疗,治疗前后评价面部痤疮瘢痕情况,治疗时评估疼痛指数,同时评价治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕评估数据无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后,观察组数据明显较优(P <0.05),疼痛指数评估结果明显较优(P <0.05),治疗效果评价情况也明显较优(P <0.05)。黄金微针射频治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕有明显改善。结论在治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕时,使用黄金微针射频治疗,能够取得较好的效果,可以充分改善凹陷性面部痤疮瘢痕问题,改善肤质,调节皮肤状态,效果较为理想,且术中疼痛程度较轻,应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of gold micro needle radiofrequency in the treatment of facial depressed acne scars. Methods: 94 patients with facial depressed acne scars who were treated from December 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional lattice laser, and the observation group was treated with gold micro needle radio frequency. Before and after treatment, the facial acne scars were evaluated, the pain index was evaluated, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). After the treatment, the data of the observation group was significantly better(P < 0.05), the evaluation of pain index was significantly better(P < 0.05), and the evaluation of treatment effect was also significantly better(P < 0.05). Gold micro needle radiofrequency treatment of depressed acne scars has significantly improved. Conclusion: n the treatment of facial depressed acne scars, the use of gold micro needle radio-frequency treatment can achieve better results, can fully improve the problem of acne scars in the depressed face, improve the skin quality, regulate the skin state, the effect is more ideal, and the degree of pain during the operation is less, the application value is higher.
