摘要
目的探讨利多卡因耳后注射治疗突发性聋伴2型糖尿病(T2MD)的效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月我院收治的60例突发性聋伴T2MD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用常规血液流变学治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用耳后注射利多卡因治疗。比较两组的效果及在治疗前、后行纯音听阈测定结果,各下降频率听力提高的绝对值。结果研究组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为83.33%和70.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后纯音听阈测定结果低于对照组(P<0.05),在250~500 Hz和>4000~8000 Hz区间的下降频率听力提高的绝对值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利多卡因耳后注射治疗突发性聋伴T2MD患者,效果显著,有助于患者的听力恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of retroauricular injection of Lidocaine in the treatment of sudden deafness with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2MD).Methods A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness complicated with T2MD admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine hemorheology therapy,and the study group was given retroauricular injection of Lidocaine on the basis of control group.The effect,and measurement results of pure tone audiometry and absolute value of hearing improvement of each frequency decrease before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of treatment in study group and control group were 83.33%and 70.00%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The measurement results of pure tone audiometry after treatment in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the absolute value of hearing improvement of frequency decrease in the range of 250-500 Hz and>4000-8000 Hz were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Retroauricular injection of Lidocaine has significant effect and is helpful for hearing recovery in the treatment of sudden deafness with T2MD.
