摘要
目的探讨地塞米松不同途径给药治疗突发性聋的效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的98例突发性聋患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为静脉滴注组(32例)、鼓室注射组(33例)以及耳后鼓膜下注射组(33例)。静脉滴注组患者采取静脉注射地塞米松的给药方式,鼓室注射组患者采取经外耳道鼓室注射地塞米松的给药方式,耳后鼓膜下注射组患者采用耳后鼓膜下注射地塞米松的给药方式。比较三组患者的听力恢复情况以及耳鸣、耳闷等症状恢复情况。结果鼓室注射组和耳后鼓膜下注射组患者的听力恢复总有效率均高于静脉滴注组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼓室注射组和耳后鼓膜下注射组患者的耳鸣、耳闷等症状恢复有效率均高于静脉滴注组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用地塞米松鼓室给药和耳后鼓膜下注射给药治疗突发性聋患者的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的耳鸣、耳闷症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Dexamethasone on sudden deafness treated by different routes of administration.Methods A total of 98 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the intravenous drip group(n=32),the tympanic injection group(n=33),and the subtymnosus injection from post aurem group(n=33).In the intravenous drip group,patients were given intravenous Dexamethasone administration.In the tympanic injection group,they were treated with Dexamethasone by tympanic injection via external auditory canal.In the subtymnosus injection from post aurem group,patients were injected with Dexamethasone by subtymnosus injection via post aurem.The hearing recovery and the recovery of tinnitus,ear suffocation and other symptoms among the three groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rates of hearing recovery in the tympanic injection group and the subtympanic injection from post aurem group were higher than that in the intravenous drip group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery effective rate of tinnitus,ear suffocation and other symptoms in the tympanic injection group and the subtympanic injection from post aurem group were higher than those in the intravenous drip group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Dexamethasone via tympanic injection and subtymnoic injection from post aurem in the treatment of sudden deafness patients is significant,caneffectively improve the symptoms of tinnitus and ear suffocation of patients.
