摘要
为了促进分级诊疗,建设基于电子病历的医院(集团)信息平台,充分发挥信息化对紧密型医联体建设的支撑作用。在分析医院(集团)内各医疗机构信息化现状的基础上,结合Health Share、大数据等信息技术,建立了以电子病历为核心的医院(集团)信息平台,实现了集团内的数据交换与共享。通过医院(集团)信息平台,建立了以患者就诊流程为核心的内部信息共享交互平台,实现了集团内的数据交换与共享,消除了“信息孤岛”,支撑了医联体一体化管理模式,并为其它地区紧密型医联体建设提供了参考与借鉴。信息平台有效促进了医联体内部优质资源的上下贯通,推动了分级诊疗工作的有序开展,提高了医联体运转效率,有力保障了紧密型医联体可持续发展,是全面推进紧密型医联体建设的重要举措。
In order to promote the hierarchical diagnosis,build an information platform of hospital(group),let informatization play the role of construction of the close-connected medical institutions,this paper analyzes the current informatization status of medical institutions of the hospital(group),combines technologies such as health share and big data to build a information platform of hospital(group)based on electronic medical record,and realizes the data exchange and resource share within the hospital(group).The internal platform centered on patients by the integration platform of hospital(group)is presented,it realizes the data exchange and resource share of whole group,eliminates the information islands,supports the integrated management mode of medical institutions,provides a reference for the construction of close-connected medical institutions in other areas.The platform effectively promotes the connection of high quality resources within the medical alliance,promotes the orderly development of hierarchical medical,increases the running of efficiency,and is an important measure to advance the construction of close-connected medical institutions.
