摘要
人民立场是中国共产党的根本政治立场,也是贯穿于习近平生态文明思想的根本价值遵循。习近平生态文明思想坚持以"生态系统论"为理念引领,推动实现人与自然和谐共生;以"生态民生论"明确目标指向,让良好环境成为人民生活质量的增长点;以"生态发展论"指明践行路径,让人民共享生态保护带来的发展红利;以"生态主体论"明确依靠力量,把建设美丽中国化为人民自觉行动;以"生态制度论"强化根本保证,夯实中华民族永续发展的制度基础;以"生态全球论"凸显国际关怀,为增进人类共同福祉注入中国动力。这几个方面的逻辑铺展,构成习近平生态文明思想人民性特征的完整逻辑框架,是我们深入理解和贯彻习近平生态文明思想的关键"钥匙"。
The people’s position is the fundamental political stand of the CPC and the fundamental value of the ecological civilization thought of President Xi Jinping. The thought holds the "ecosystem theory" as a guide to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. Defining the goal by the "ecological people’s livelihood theory", it allows the good environment to be the growth point of people’s quality of life. The "ecological development theory" is used to indicate the practice path, so that the people can share the development dividend brought by ecological protection. The thought defines the supporting strength by the "ecological subject theory" and transforms construction of beautiful China into people’s conscious action. It strengthens the fundamental guarantee with the "ecological system theory" and consolidates the institutional basis for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. It also adheres to the "ecological global theory" to highlight international concern and inject Chinese power to promote common well-being of mankind. The logical spreading of the above aspects constitutes the complete logical framework of the people’s characteristics of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization, and it is the key to deeply understand and implement Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization.
