摘要
采用Fluent软件对国内某3000万m^2/年石膏板生产线烟气脱硝系统进行了模型建立和数值模拟,讨论结构参数对烟道内速度、温度和NH3浓度均匀性的影响,指导烟道布置方案选择。结果显示:冷风汇入角度不能大于55°,且取55°时烟气混合程度最好;烟道直径为2 m时,其转角半径取1 m时流场最均匀;在催化剂上方布置3块导流板的流场均匀程度最好;布置整流栅格可以有效改善速度场均匀性。
The research focused on the numerical simulation,including model building and solution,towards the flue gas denitrification system of a local certain product line with around 30 million m^2 plasterboard annual product,by FLUENT software.The effects of configuration parameters on the uniformity of flue velocity,temperature and NH3 concentration were discussed,and guiding the selection of equipment layout.The results show that the inlet angle of cold air should less than55°,and the gas mixing degree is the best when inlet angle is 55°.When the diameter of the pipe is two meters,the flow field is the most uniform when the angle radius is one meter.Three guide plates are arranged above catalysts and the flow field uniformity is the best.Also,the arrangement of the rectifier grid will improve the uniformity of the velocity field.
