摘要
2017年3月至2018年2月期间对湘南学院翠柳湖四个采样点的水温(WT)、溶氧(DO)、酸碱度(pH)、电导率(C)、叶绿素a(chl a)、化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨态氮(NH4^+-N)进行了为期一年的监测,并对chl a含量与水质相关理化参数进行了相关性分析。结果显示,该水体chl a含量具有明显的时空差异性。各采样点在全年时间变化上均呈先上升后下降的趋势,且各采样点均在6月达最大值,总体呈现s1>s3>s2>s4的趋势。各采样点Chl a含量与WT、TN和TP均表现一定的正相关性,其中Chl a与WT具有极显著的正相关性。表明水体营养盐和水温是浮游植物丰度的重要因子。通过多元逐步回归分析,翠柳湖水体Chl a含量的回归方程为:Chl a=-0.236+0.045*WT+0.056*TN+0.024*NH4^+-N。
From March 2017 to February 2018,we carried out water quality monitoring of Cuiliu Lake in Xiangnan University.The indexes at four sampling points were monitered,including water temperature(WT),dissolved oxygen(DO),acidity(pH),electrical conductivity(C),chlorophyll a(chl a),chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and ammonia nitrogen(NH4^+-N).Then the correlation between the content of chlorophyll a and water quality related physiochemical parameters was analyzed.The content of chl a in the water showed significant spatial and temporal differences.At all four sampling points,the content of chl a showed a trend of rising at first and then falling throughout the year,reaching the maximum value in June(s1>s3>s2>s4).The content of chl a at each sampling point showed certain positive correlation with WT,TN and TP,among which chl a and WT had very significant positive correlation.The results showed that nutrient salt and water temperature were the most important factors influencing phytoplankton abundance.The regression equation of the content of chl a in the lake had been found through multivariate stepwise regression analysis as follows:chl a=-0.236+0.045*WT+0.056*TN+0.024*NH4^+-N.
