摘要
冻害会导致葡萄减产甚至死亡,所以我国北方大多数地区栽种的葡萄需要埋土防寒,而能够自然越冬的葡萄将为葡萄园栽培管理节省大量成本。本试验对2016—2017年中国农业大学北京上庄葡萄种质资源圃冬季未埋土的植株(包括东亚种、欧亚种和具有美洲血缘葡萄共136份种质资源)进行越冬性指标实地调查,并构建了典型判别函数对调查结果进行分析与检验。结果显示,在北京上庄地区,山葡萄及杂种的自然越冬能力最强;欧亚种的自然越冬能力最差;具有美洲血缘资源的自然越冬能力位于山葡萄和欧洲种葡萄之间。通过分析认为,8份欧美杂交品种及7份美洲砧木在北京具有较强的自然越冬的能力。本试验为葡萄越冬管理及抗寒育种资源提供了参考依据。
Freezing can cause decrease of grape production or even plant death.Thus,most of the grapevines in north China need to be buried in winter.Grapevines with strong overwintering ability will be one of the best choices for grape cultivation to save money.In this paper,field investigation on cold damage of grape plants that were not buried in winter during 2016-2017 in Shangzhuang experimental station in Beijing was conducted and calculated.A total of 136 grape cultivars including East Asian species and hybrids,European species and North American species and hybrids were surveyed in this experiment.Through the field investigation and analysis,under the condition of not burying for overwintering in Beijing,the overwintering ability of Vitis amurensis Rupr species were the strongest;the overwintering ability of Vitis vinifera species were the weakest;the overwintering ability of North American species and hybrids were between the two species.After analysis,7 species of American rootstocks and 8 species of North American hybrids were identified as having strong overwintering ability in Beijing.This research provides a reference for grape overwintering and cold hardiness breeding.
